About Me

I have been involved with sport for most of my life – everything from little athletics to senior athletics, to AFL umpiring to cricket and soccer – and have always been passionate about physical fitness and bettering my best.

I worked at Sunraysia Clinical Masseurs part time for 5 years whilst I was at school. I also completed a business traineeship during my time there.

There’s no better feeling than helping people be the best version of themselves in terms of their fitness, and helping them get on with their lives without the aches and pains.

Training Tips

Always Stretch! Before and after any activity – I cannot emphasise this enough!

Some benefits of stretching include:

  • Increase in flexibility & energy
  • Relieves stress
  • Improves muscle coordination
  • Improves endurance

Remember to HOLD your stretches for 10 seconds each for maximum effect!

Also remember to hydrate one hour before any exercise! This will delay fatigue and help keep your muscles hydrated. And of course always keep the fluids up during exercise.

Improve Recovery

Massage after an event or game will speed up your recovery so you’ll be able to focus on training sooner, enabling you to stay at peak fitness.

Also why not try Rocktape?! It delays fatigue and muscle cramps while you’re exercising. It’s also highly recommended while recovering from any injury, working well on any bruises or swelling.

I can include this in your next appointment if required.

Massage and Myotherapy Australia Member

I’m a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia “What does that mean for me?” I hear you ask.

It means the therapist you are receiving treatment from is part of the largest, most well-known and most respected massage association in Australia.  Also if you’re with a hospital fund, you can claim money back (always ask your therapist first if your hospital fund is eligible for this).
